I’m not the type to generally leave any type of neutral / negative feedback as I believe that mistakes often happen. However this vendor truly pushed my buttons. After giving a very honest and detailed account of the transaction in my Amazon feedback, I was contacted via e-mail in an attempt to “make things right”. Although quite busy I took the time to write a very thought out, detailed, honest and sincere reply.
Later that evening I was contacted by a representative of the company. He wanted to “discuss the issue” I had. He was quite upset that I left the feedback and made it clear it was affecting business (although I can’t imagine how in less than nine hours they could gauge that the feedback was slowing down their revenue stream) I explained to him exactly what had occurred and he assured me that this was not the usual modus operandi of the company. I replied I am glad to hear that and this is really a non-issue for me. He then said well you wouldn’t mind removing the feedback then?. I then cited several lines from the e-mail I had sent them regarding the interaction. He then told me flat out “I really didn’t get a chance to read the e-mail”. Now in all honesty this entire transaction and post transaction follow-up have taken far too much time out of my day. But to have the audacity to ask for legitimate and honest feedback to be removed without bothering to read my response was frankly insulting. I wished him the best of luck and hung up. No more then five minutes later I received an e-mail requesting the removal of my feedback. In a consumer driven age where the customer has a multitude of options it would be nice once in a while for the vendor to really listen to the consumer to improve their business so they wouldn’t have to worry about receiving negative or neutral feedback.
The product in and of itself is decent and a good value but I offer anyone reading this one piece of advice; Caveat emptor.

I got this kit for my DSC-H5, an already awesome camera and it enhances everything I could do before and makes it even better. The telephoto lens gives even better distance shots than I got before, the HD macro lens is great for close up work. the tripod isn’t top quality, but it is sturdy enough for travel and lightweight enough not to be a nuisance. I highly recommend this kit if you’re looking for lenses, and for the price, you can’t beat it.

i use this with the sony dsc-h5:The wide lens is the only one that i found a little usefull but when you shot with flash a shadow appears at the bottom of the picture.
The macro: you can achive the same macro level with the camera alone.
The telephoto lens its really useless i couldn’t get any shot well focus, i don’t know why, i follow all the camera instruccion and the lens instructions are really lousy, the lens only comes with an paper that says “follow your camera intructions”.
I thougth that with the 3.2X i would get 48x(camera zoom level)multiplied by 3.2x(lens zoom level)=153.6X zoom level but it doesn’t work that way i can olny get something like a bit more that with the camera.
The bag it is not samsonite as seen on the picture and the products specifications, it a cheaper brand.
The tripod it not a good quality one, i had a trypod and it only cost me $20.00 but seems more rugged than this.
conclusion:
this package it is not worth to buy.
