This camera dock works great with my Sony DSC-W80 camera!
I get a better picture on my high def TV (37″, 720P) with this dock than I do by burning a DVD with my pictures and playing them through my DVD player. Getting from picture to picture is much faster using the dock than using the DVD player.
The remote makes the whole setup very easy and pleasant to use. The remote gives you access to all of the functions of the camera.

It’s a costly add-on that IMHO should be already included with all compatible cameras, but it does what it’s designed to.

I bought the docking station so I could look at photos I took while over in Hawaii & not rely on just the screen on my camera to know if the pictures were good enough to keep or not. I could delete any photos I didnt want to keep to eliminate wasting space & it was great to be able to look at the photos on the tv screen in the hotel & then charge the battery over nite while my regular charger charged up my back up battery. The remote lets you do all the editing right on the tv. The station was on sale & so it was worth what I payed for it…I’d of never bought it at the regular price. It’s easy to hook up & takes up little space in the suitcase & is light weight. Now I have it for whenever I take trips & since I LOVE my little Sony camera, this docking station is a good addition!
